My stay at U Hotel was far from ideal. The lobby felt more like a birthday party zone with all the balloons, and the room was enormous but completely empty, making it feel unwelcoming. I can't believe I spent IDR 600,000 on such a massive room that lacked basic decorations and furniture. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, but that didn’t make up for the overall experience.
